The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Pulpogan successfully conducted its Basic Life Support (BLS) Training, equipping our youth with essential life-saving skills and the confidence to respond effectively during emergencies. This initiative reflects our shared commitment to preparedness, service, and genuine community care.
