On Monday April 7, 2025, Barangay Pulpogan headed by Punong Barangay Hon. Avelino Bihag and Barangay Officials, Administrators and Staff showed their “Maka Bansa” character and culture as they held their Monthly Flag Ceremony at the Pulpogan Covered Court. Giving loyalty and respect to the Philippine Flag is a foundational habit of the Filipino people and specially those who serve in the Government.
Right after the Flag Raising Ceremony, the Barangay Officials and Staff enjoyed a Physical upliftment with a lively Zumba to stretch and loosen their muscles and enable great blood oxygen circulation.
